You can use Beyond if you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and you comply with the applicable laws in your country.

Beyond allows you to record video messages.

Beyond allows you to lock messages until a chosen date.

Beyond allows you to protect messages with a video user and video password.

Beyond allows you to export and import messages and full backup copies.

Beyond allows you to generate and display a Recovery Key to reset your password.

Messages are saved on your device.

You are responsible for protecting your mobile device with PIN, biometrics or other security methods.

You are responsible for saving your Recovery Key outside your mobile device.

You are responsible for managing copies and exports carefully.

You are responsible for sending exported files only to authorized recipients.

Beyond cannot verify deaths and does not perform automatic deliveries.

If you use the document for a notary, lawyer, executor, family member, friend or trusted person, you are responsible for the truthfulness and legal validity of what you sign or deliver.

You are responsible for complying with inheritance, privacy and consent regulations.

You are responsible for appointing suitable people or professionals.

You are responsible for giving clear and responsible instructions.

You are responsible for the content you record, store, share or deliver, including third-party image and voice rights, intellectual property rights, personal data and sensitive information.

You must not use the App for illegal activities, threats, harassment or hate, distributing content without consent, or violating the rights of other people.

By exporting and sharing files, you understand and agree that the channels you use, such as WhatsApp, email, AirDrop or other platforms, have their own policies.

You may be sending personal data and videos.

You should only share exported files with authorized recipients.

You are responsible for protecting those files once they leave the App.

If you lose both your password and your Recovery Key, it may be impossible to regain access to that account.

The App is designed this way for security reasons.

The App may change or be updated over time. We try to maintain compatibility, but we cannot guarantee perfect operation on all devices.

We cannot guarantee recovery after system failures, deletions, device damage or operating system changes.

We cannot guarantee that exported files will remain usable if they are modified, corrupted or handled incorrectly.

Beyond can be used in emotional or sensitive contexts.

The App does not replace legal, medical or professional advice.

The App does not guarantee future deliveries on its own.

The App is not responsible for losses resulting from poor safekeeping of passwords, Recovery Keys, backups or exported files.

The App is not responsible for improper sharing or delivery by third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, use of the App is at your own risk.

The App, its trademark, design, interface and code are protected.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or decompile the App unless expressly permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. The Last updated date will indicate the latest version. The current version will be published at https://mybeyond.app/terms.

Applicable law: Spain.

Jurisdiction: competent courts of Spain, or those applicable according to consumer protection and other applicable regulations.
